The Location and Environment of our Mystery Mountain Gold Coast farmstay is perfect for school groups wanting a perfect farmstay experience. The farm is located between two international airports and just 45 minutes drive from the famous Surfers Paradise.
Our Gold Coast farmstay is only 101 kilometres drive from the Gold Coast International airport and 107 kilometres drive from the Brisbane International Airport. It takes less than one and a half hours driving time from either international airport to beautiful Mystery Mountain farm in the Gold Coast hinterland. A farmstay near Surfers Paradise and near Brisbane.
The farm is close to the area of the world heritage listed Lamington National Park and adjoins a 2000 acre conservation park consisting of rare dry subtropical rainforest. Mystery Mountain farmstay is situated 600 metres above sea level and the temperature is usually around 5 degrees cooler than temperatures on the Gold Coast—particularly at night.
Our farmland is a recognised seed bank for the traditional Queensland nut (commonly called “macadamia” nut).
Lamington National Park is known for its natural beauty, rainforests, birdlife, ancient trees, waterfalls, walking tracks and mountain views. Enjoy great walks in the natural environment.
